Form will not submit?
Check for any RED fields in the *Required section of the form. All the fields in the *Required section must have a green background colour. Any fields with a RED background and the form will not submit.
In this example below the form will not submit because a country has not been selected.
I did not receive a activation e-mail?
There are only 2 reasons why people do not receive the activation e-mail:
1. The e-mail has gone into your spam folder. PLEASE MARK AS SAFE and not spam. This will ensure other messages from us will stay out of your spam folder.
2. The incorrect e-mail address was used.
As soon as the form submits successfully an e-mail is sent. Hundreds of clients have successfully registered.
